Moving country - Spotify closed

Moving country - Spotify closed

Hi - I moved out of France and am relocating to Belgium. The platform mentions I can only have 14 days of access outside my country (I think France is still mentioned in the systems) hence is not allowing me to go on the platform.

 

How can I move the country of origin from France to Belgium, knowing that I cannot access my account anymore (Spotify is blocking it because >14 days)?

You can update your account's country by following the instructions from this support article: https://support.spotify.com/article/how-can-i-change-my-country-setting/

Thx for your time! Unfortunately, I did what you do, but the system only gives me choice between Germany and France. Any clue how I can select Belgium as country of origin?

It sounds like you're using a VPN. Can you turn it off or try changing your accounts country using a different device/network connection?
