Moving country location

Hi.

We have been trying to sort out country location issue for a while.

We have followed all suggestions you have mentioned on website,  but none work.

We have even deleted accounts and started up new ones to solve the problem, but it still registers as a usa account when we live in australia.

Now that said, we use gmail emails... but gmail is addressed in australia, with all personal details located here.

Even our IP address is in australia.

It is not even allowing me to pay.

I would like this to change please, as it is pissing me off.
