Moving from vodafone how do i keep my account?

Hi i am moving from voda to ee shortly and have tried clicking on the upgrade link in my acccount as my spotify is going to expire as was part of my tarif but get this message:

This product is not available

Sorry, the product that you selected is not available in this market. Upgrade to Spotify Premium here.

I end up in a loop, can someone tell me how to move my account from the vodafone subscription to my own personal one please?

Hello @jimbojim, Welcome to the community! 🙂

Whether or not you can upgrade depends on whether or not you created the Spotify account or it was given to you by Vodafone. 

If you Created the account I'm sure it's just a temporary issue and will be fixed once you have unsubscribed from Vodafone. 

If the account was given to you then the chances are Vodafone will either remove the account or only give you access to buying Spotify premium after you have disconnected from them, if this is the case I suggest you go speak to a Vodafone representative 🙂
