Moving to an other country

So recently I moved to Japan. Which means that my spotify stopped working and I had to change my country to Japan. However now my spotify is in Japanese while I can not read nor speak Japanese. Even worse all my numbers and playlists are removed. How can I get them back. And if I get them back I want all the song to be able to be played. Not that half of them is not able to play. And I also want my spotify to be in English even though I now live in Japan!
