Moving to another account

My brother and I previously shared an account using my student discount. He started it with a dumb username and a bunch of his music is junking up my playlists. He doesn't even use the account anymore. I do not want to use this account anymore. I want to make a new account with a new username and still use my email and my student discount on the new premium account. I need help setting it up because my current email is attached to this old account. I want to completely delete the old, junked up one too. I want my premium and Hulu subscription sooner rather than later!! Please help.
