I have been getting 2-3 charges A MONTH since I started using spotify in APRIL. I am unable to fill out the contact for because it wont let me type a message or SEND the complaint. Not sure what to do at this point so I cancelled my subscription and want a refund for the multiple charges.

As you can't fill out the contact form (what I would usually ask people to do), I will escalate this topic over to the staff for you, so they can take a look at your account and probably refund you the duplicate payments.

I appreciate your help. The problem is that my account on spotify only shows 1 charge a month, but my bank account (checking) shows multiple charges a month. I have the monthly statements as proof,.

Hi,
When someone at Spotify sees this; provided you can offer them sufficient evidence to support the fact you were charged that many times (i.e. screenshots, links, even a way to contact the bank so they can be asked), I'm sure they can still refund you the extra payments that were charged to you.
Of course though, this evidence will not be on this topic, they will probably PM you for the information; and when you give it, make sure not to include any details which could lead to your bank account being hacked, you never know who might see them.

Hey catanzarod, sorry to hear you've been charged multiple times. I'm sure we can put this right for you.
It'd be best if we handled this by email, since it will require asking for some personal information. You'll just need to fill out our contact form for this.
