Hi,
I am being charged for a premium service, however, I appear to only have subscribed to the free service when I log in.
I do not have any receipts from Spotify in my email account.
I think I may have subscribed twice, and that the email address I used for my premium account, i no longer have access too, so I can't find my user name or change my password.
If someone could help me with this, I would be very appreciative.
