Multiple Accounts, One's Frozen

My Question or Issue

I was transfering playlists, artists, etc. to a new account. I still had 2 playlists to transfer until my old account stopped updating. On my old account I made these playlists public and the ones i had transferred already private. However, when I logged in to my new account, the old account's playlists remained unchanged and the artists/accounts I used to follow (but I stopped following) were still there. I've tried restarting the application, the computer, and ore but nothing has worked. Can someone please help?

Problem Solved (Temporarily):

I tried it again  15 minutes later and it functioned correctly this time. It would be hepful if someone had a way to solve this problem in the future.
