Multiple Spotify accounts hacked with the login info posted online

Recently I noticed that some other people were using my Premium Spotify account as well. After changing my password this problem was luckely solved. However, today I received a lot of spam mails in my mailbox so I googled my mailaddress online and then I found a website with a lot of Spotify inlog details online. Does anyone know if Spotify is hacked and why I not have been noticed? Or anyone with the same issue?
