You need to contact customer support through this link:

 

https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/

 

They'll help you merge your accounts. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.

Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.

Thank you so much for this information! I've been struggling for a long
time and could never find a customer service agent to connect to, always
directed back to the community group. Thank you thank you!

So far not good. I just got the same canned response that I got earlier
today, directing me to the community group for help. the email I received
was from support @ spotify.com. So I contacted them again and said I really
need to talk to a person so we'll see if they respond to that. Annette
