Hi,
I used to have an account using my e-mail which is the e-mail that I use for my Facebook account as well. I have tried to combine those but unfortunately when I am logged in with my Facebook account it looks like I am not a premium member (I have Reedemed a gift with 1 year subscription 3 days ago).
Any idea on how to solve this?

To redeem a voucher you have to go to this page https://www.spotify.com/us/redeem/prepaid/ and login to Spotify.
If you registered with your FB account, I think you logged in with the same account! 🙂
So don't worry and write to the Customer Support following here https://support.spotify.com/us/contact-spotify-support/ Technical Issues > Other > I STILL NEED HELP.
You can open a chat with the Spotify Customer Support and they will solve your problem for sure.

are you sure that you redeemed the voucher with the same Spotify account? Do you usually login on Spotify with Facebook?

I have reedemed the voucher using just my email and not my FB account. Since, behind the scenes there is the same e-mail I thought that this is like the same account, therefore upgrading to Premium using the first will upgrade the other one automatically.
