Multiple issues. 1. Can't connect ipod or iphone to Mac. 2. Can't use premium on either device.

I cannot use my Ipod or Iphone as a spotify premium user, it simply gives me the option of using the radio version. I had ran through my trial period when it initially occurred and thought perhaps it was just the trial period that was the issue, but have since started paying for the premium service and the issue has not been ameliorated.

Additionally, I cannot connect my devices to my mac version of Spotify. I have tried to connect via hardwire and wifi to no avail. Is this a common problem?

Can someone who has had the same issues give me advice

I would suggest you have a read at and try the steps outlined in this post first and see if they can get you onto your premium account.

Very strange, you are definitely sure your online overview says you have premium and you are logging in using exactly those details on your mobile devices?
