Music Disappeared after Consolidating

Music Disappeared after Consolidating

after consolidating two of my Spotify accounts, my current account has been wiped of it’s Liked songs, playlists, etc.  will these reappear? I was told they would all combine into my one student account.

i have the same issue, everything disappeared i didnt logout its the same account and same thing on mobile

 

Hi folks!

 

Most likely you're still logged in to the wrong account, where the music was transferred from which is why your libraries appear empty. It's best you logout then log back in with the correct login details.

 

To avoid further confusion, you can also close the account you no longer need by following the steps in this article, but double-check which account you're attempting to close before proceeding further.
