Music not playing

This is not an isolated issue for me so I dont know where to put this. 

Ever sense I tried to download a playlist (was using mobile data if that is important), but after I tried to, some of the songs would notp play. If I tapped on the song, nothing would happen. When I tried this on my laptop, it told me that the song was unavailable, yet when I tried on my Xbox, they worked just fine. 

If it matters, the phone I am using is a Galaxy S8, and I've tried doing a clean install to. 

Any help would be useful, and thank you in advance.

Are you trying to download 'Local Files'? 

If that's the case, you'll need to be in the same network as the device where the "Local Files" are stored.
