Music won't play on laptop. HELP!!

I downloaded Spotify on my laptop.  All is good and music was playing. Then I downloaded app on my Android phone. Music played on my phone, no problem.  When I went back to play songs on my laptop, not one song will play.  I can add songs to my playlists but none of the songs will play on my laptop.  No problems with my phone.  I can play all the songs on my playlists. Please help!!!  Thanks

Can you post some details so we can work out how to get things working for you. Your operating system/device, spotify version and exactly what you are doing and what happens or doesn't happen together with any error messages.

A screenshot of what you see when you try to play a track would be great too.
