My Account Can't Play Anything

Suddenly, I can't play anything at all. And it only happens to my account. When I tried to play songs with my sister's account, it works normally. I don't know what happened to my account.

 

I have installed quicktime and tried to re-install spotify, but it still can't work for my account. It really frustrates me. I'll appreciate anyone who can help me. Thank you!

By the way, I could finally fix this problem.

 

I just had to change my account password and it worked normally again.

I have now a solution for you!

I contacted the support over a contact form. The helped me.

I had to create a new account and they transferred the data from my not-working account to my new account very fast.

Hope they can help you too 🙂

Does it mean I have to use new username?

@baistaci that's honestly just bad approach to how spotify fixes problems. Instead of actually fixing your account, they'd rather tell you to make a new one? Eh. Anyway, thanks for letting people know of this workaround.

Thank you very much! I would never think that changing a password could fix this, but it did!
