I was using Spotify Student for the past few years and today it gave me the message saying there was no Facebook Account attached to my account. I tried all previous methods in these forums and nothing worked. So, I decided to try to make a new account using my Facebook. I was sure it wouldn't let me, but it did. There is no record of anything now on my account. I've been using Spotify forever. All of my playlists, uploaded music, everything is gone...I don't even know if I'm still being charged for Student or not. **bleep**.

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
