Hi,
So I have been using Spotify Premium for a while now with my Facebook, david@[Snip - Mod].com, until last Friday I was unable to play any music. So I logged out on my One X and have not been able to log back in.
I then tried my Mac at home and the same thing happened.
I have sent 2 emails to Spotify and have had no response at all, so I have made this dummy account so I can post here and get some answers.
I want to know what has happened to my account, my play lists and what not. I want to have it restored as I pay for it and this is pretty poor customer service.

Yes, my Facebook account is still working just as it always has.

Can you sign into your account on the spotify website? If so, does it say you have a premium subscription?

No I can not, thats why I made this dummy account.
Everytime I log in it just says an error occured and tells me to log in again.
Okay, it sounds to me like this might be an account issue.
I will escalate this topic to the staff for you, hopefully someone will be able to look into this for you 😉

Thanks for that. Can you give me an idea of how long this will take to be resolved, I am really missing having access to music in my car....

So I have my account working again. It was changed to just a free account due to an issue with my bank. I have re-subscribed to premium but I can not seem to access it from my computer or phone.
Is there something I need to do to get it to work again? (I have tried logging in and out, I also uninstalled the app and re-installed)
