Whats the problem when My account seems to be erased? All My playlists are gone 😢

That's very odd, really. In this case, I'd suggest you to contact Spotify support. You can do so in three ways:

  1. using this module: https://support.spotify.com/it/contact-spotify-support
  2. the Facebook page http://fb.com/SpotifyCares
  3. the Twitter account http://twitter.com/SpotifyCares

that's saddening to hear! Can you tell me whether or not it happens on all devices? That'd be very useful information to help me diagnose your issue and provide you with a solution!

As a saw today IT was only on My iPhone when i updated the app yesterday

Don't worry, that should be simple to work it out!

 

Try logging out of your account. Tap the gear icon on the upper right corner of Your Library, then scroll all the way down to the bottom, where you can find the Disconnect button, that's the one you have to tap. Then log in again - and your playlists and songs should all be there, like they used to.

I tried that twice and IT didnt work 😢

All the creditcard Numbers in settings is Also deleted 😖

Well, if it only happens on your iPhone, I'd suggest you to reinstall the app completely. You can follow these steps.

No they arent. When i login it looks i am a new user. 

Are you logging in with the same credentials on spotify.com/account? Can you log in there? Can you see any playlists on the Restore playlists tab?

It looks the same and no playlists to restore
