My Account has been hacked and i can't control my Android app no more

hi, guys last Monday I got an email on my mailbox telling me that I need to activate my account when I visited the website 

http://xxxyousseflaoiug.byethost7.com 

I entered my email and password, and he redirects me to my account

today I noticed that there are new devices on my mind and new playlist's and some of my playlists got deleted

how I can take my account and playlists back and remove the attacker
