My Account is being used by a Phone I do not Know!

Randomly, my account will start being used by a phone named Samsung-SM-G935V. I do not know anybody with this phone, I've only logged into my Spotify account on my laptop, iphone, and PS4.

This first started 2 days ago in the airport. The user will randomly put on their music, and cancel mine. I do the same back, switching to my device and my music. After awhile of back and forth, I came up with another plan. I blasted death metal on their device and would switch their songs without switching devices until they gave up.

This has happened on several occasions since then, including wifi networks and my data plan.

Please help, if anyone knows a way to contact Spotify directly I'd appreciate it, I dont know what information this person has access to or how to block them, but it makes me want to delete my spotify account very soon.

Hey @AlexGan, welcome to the Spotify Community!

Could you try a couple things and then let me know if the problem still continues?

1) On Spotify.com, go to your Account page and change your password. While some users have said that this hasn't fixed their problem, it has worked in other cases. (Facebook users have to change their Facebook password instead.)

2) Also on your Account page, there is an option that says "Sign Out Everywhere" which will disconnect you from all active devices. If you do this as well as change your password then the problem should disappear.

3) Another option is to go to the Apps tab on your Account page, here you can revoke permission from apps that want to access your Spotify account. If you see anything here that you don't trust, remove it from the list. I currently have 3 apps connected.
