My Account is on "Free 30 days" but i pay 9.99€?

Hello Community, 

first sorry for my bad english. Before 1 month i made a Spotify Account with free 30 Days. I used it  1-2 Weeks then i delete it. 30 days later i got an E-Mail from Paypal. They took 9.99€ for Spotify. After that i went on Spotify too look how to disable it. But i can't find it. Its telling me to do this Free 30 days. I hope you can Help me!

You should just need to cancel your subscription following the steps in this help page.

The problem is i Never did an Abo

This will require a little further investigation in that case. If you could get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form (which you can do in whichever language you prefer) they will be able to lend a hand to get this cancelled and refunded for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
