My Account's Email & Password is changed by Stangers

My Premium account is hacked by the others, or I don't know why they can change my email address & pw too.
I only can post this "MayDay MayDay" message though Facebook login.
I have sent lots of email to spotify and contact form, but did not get any replies.
Can somebody help?

Hey @I_ming,

If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 48 hours

Thanks for your suggestion, I have sent it too.
This is the most part I worry about, spotify still have not any replies to me.
My Facebook account login is rejected by spotify application now, I think the hacker realized that I can login by Facebook, then disconnected all the connection.
I stopped the premium subscription service now, the account will become a useless acc after June.
I am worrying about the credit card information and the other personal details will be exposed.
