My Account was Hacked by Hans Gallagher on a Galaxy device.

My Question or Issue

 Turned on my computer and unfamiliar music was playing.  The Connect to A Device Tab said that my account was playing on Hans Gallagher's Galaxy.  wth.  

I disconnected from all devices and changed my password.   I don't know how long this was connected.
