I get Spotify as part of my phone package each month, I'm leaving the company next week but want to keep Spotify and upgrade to the family package. Can I keep my existing email to keep control of the account and can I keep all my saved albums & playlists? I basically want to transfer as easily as possible really. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If it's registered to you, then I would just ask your company how you can
have them change the billing info from Spotify to you. If they can't do it
for you, then you can contact Spotify Customer Support and they can help
you, or you can change your info from your My Account page.

I'm not following your question exactly. When you say get it currently as part of your company phone package, what do you mean exactly? Is it registered to them?

My apologies, no they're giving it to me as part of my tariff it's registered to me but I don't pay for it
