My Accounts Hacked

So I've never shared my account, always have had my account on the one device. Out of the blue, I was playing a podcast at work when I was interrupted by a creepy song being played. I found this odd and looked at it thinking it must have been a joke or something. I put the podcast back on and what do you know, a different creepy song starts playing. This kept happening no matter what time I played a song/podcast. I've since logged out of that account and started using this one which doesn't have premium. I've logged back into the old account to find 300 new playlists made, named "Please delete" and "chill ou prod".

What do I need to do to get the old account back??
