My Daily Mix is missing on both my phone and PC

I've been using Spotify premium for a few months now and everything was working fine and I was listening to the Daily Mix. I had 3 of them. Then I changed my payment method and after the renewal (I assume), the Daily Mixes are gone on both my phone and computer. Tried reinstalling the app, re-login, cleared cached, "delete cache and saved data" and none of it worked.

How do I fix this? I've chatted with the support and she said that I can move to a new account but I don't really want to since I want to keep everything to one e-mail/account.

Note: I was using my US PayPal account as the payment method before Spotify was available here in my country (Thailand). Then I changed to my card after it was available.
