I just made a family account, and when I added my sister and brother, their links that they opened said they can't join our family. The link says that they already have Premium, but both of them have FREE acounts and have always had free accounts. How do I get them on our family account???

Currently there is an issue that us RockStars and RisingStars are not yet aware of regarding Family Plan signups. The good news is that it is being looked into, and we'll update you as soon as we know more information.
If you'd like to provide some information over in the following thread, it would be most helpful to narrow down why it's not working for you, so Spotify can work on fixing the issue.

Ok, well now one of the accounts I tried to add doesn't even work. I didn't do anything, and now I have lost all of my saved music and cannot play any songs period. It glitches and skips a hundred songs in a row and I don't have any music. What has happened and how dow I fix my account? As of right now, I don't care about the Family deal. I'm probably going to cancel my family plan and get my money back out of straight up disappointment. All I want know is my free account to work and to have music again

For most users, Family Plans sign-ups have started working again. However, if you are still experiencing this issue, the Spotify Accounts team can take a peek under the hood.
You can get in touch with them from any of our social media help sites:

Just send them a private message with your account's email address and username.

Reply to the automated email if you receive one (even if it says it is no-reply) and an agent will get back to you as soon as possible.
My problem is my husband can't join because an error saying the address could't be verified. He has free account and do have my same address. I only see postal code and country (CL).
one of my family plan cant join because the address are not the same but my brother who is the owner of the subscription doesnt remember what exactly direction he putted
