My Family account is hacked !!

My Family account is hacked !!

Early today, my Spotify account was off on my cell phone. I tried to log in but my password was changed. When I tried to reset it, I realized that all my information was changed: CEP, birthday, e-mail, password, everything. My credit card was the same though.

 

I was able to use my account via Facebook. Then, I created a post here telling what happened. Sometime later, my account was no more linked with my facebook and this is the only account in the family that isn't hacked. 

 

My principal account have username: Thiagomergulhao

 

I would like to fix all this inconvenience as fast as possible. I already canceled my Family Premium, but it still have access until the end of the month and I would like to recover it.

"Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

If you still have not gotten a reply:

Did you get a confirmation email from the contact form? It should be similar to "Spotify Support Case #XXXXXXX". If so, reply back to that email and tell them you still need help.

 

If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it saying you still need help, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

If you never got an email, look in your spam folder to see if there is an email in there. Make sure you are checking the email account you used on the contact form."
