My Premium Account has Vanished, help!

Hi, I'm using an old account to post regarding an issue where my Premium account just vanished.  Can someone help?

Hello, I am using my old free account  associated with my Facebook  Account to login here and post a message. The account that I cannot access is my premium account. When I attempt to log into it it indicates that there is no account and when I attempt to reset my password it indicates there is no account.  I have submitted for different support request over the last three days and I have received absolutely no response whatsoever. I am confused as to why I'm getting no response from Spotify support

Seems like an issue for the Staff itself. But, when you contact the staff and get an automated reply, you need to reply to that one to directly send your message to them. Did you get a reply?
