My Premium Account switched to Free even tho I have a paid subscription through Rogers

My Premium Account switched to Free even tho I have a paid subscription through Rogers

Someone please help. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps. (Logout, Login. Uninstall the App, Reinstall the App. Checked my User accounts, Powered down my phone, Powered on...) I pay for this monthly through Rogers & I have called them to confirm that I am still enrolled in the premium services. They say I am. I've logged in online & my account doesn't show the subscription to premium. What can I do? Please Help 🙂

Sorry to hear that you are not getting your Premium subscription. In order to resolve this problem, you will need to contact Spotify directly. Use the contact form and click 'Subscription', then 'Paid for Premium but I am still on Free'.
