I've always used my account logging in through facebook but decided to log off on one of my devices yesterday, while logging back in I noticed that the email associated with my account had been changed as well as the password, although my facebook remains the same!!
I have a shared family plan account with my mother (who is the administrator) and brother. Their accounts seem to be fine. I can access the main account but my own can only be accesed through facebook.
How can I reset the password and link my email back with it?
I can prove it is my own by facebook and by looging into my mother's account if need be.

UPDATE: To protect my mother and siblings accounts we have unlinked mine until further action is taken.
If needed I'll simply unlink the account to my facebook and/or delete it....but I fear for all my playlists! (just in case I have followed them with my mother's account and will be using that one for a while, while this gets resolved...)

If you're using the family plan, i suggest you get your account administrator to first of all, check the details of the account and then if things are still not right. Then I suggest that you get your mother to contact @SpotifyCares via Twitter on a DM and im sure they'll be able to help you! Let me know how it goes!
.....Nor my mother brother or I have twitter unfortunately...is there any other way to contact them? I am on her account now, both her account and my siblings seem to be fine with the right emails and passwords. It's only mine that has a different email I've never seen before and god knows what the password is.

I'll be glad to help you! What you want to do is regain access to your account, but since your email has been changed, if you shoot an email to account-details-changed@spotify.com with details explaining what happened and what the email changes are, they'll be happy to help.
