01.10.2013 I purchased Spotify premium and paid for one month, but it still have not activated on my account.
What can I do?

Might be worth a clean reinstallation of the application and also make sure you are logging in using the same details as online to get to your premium account. Its amazingly easy to accidentally have two accounts, one with a Spotify username and another via Facebook.

Yes of course! If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they can just move it over for you 🙂
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Ah, that seems to be the problem. I've got two accounts. Dont know how that could have happened.
