My Spotify Profile got follow botted.

My Question or Issue

I just checked my Spotify profile today and I noticed my follower count went from 5 (being my friends) to 197. Now, all bots with the name "ImBetter" and have no profile picture, and they only follow me.

Is there any way that I can get these removed automatically?

Thanks for coming to the Community.

There are 2-3 ways to remove those followers:

1. You can block/unblock followers at anytime yourself - just read how to do this at the bottom of the article here. 
2. You can try reaching out to Support to see if there's anything they can do on their end here.
3. You could also create a new account and follow your playlists from your old profile. The listening history won't exist, though, as it's a new account.

I just installed this macro app to automate the blocking, I suggest others to do the same if they ever get follow botted.
