My Spotify account cannot be recovered because it was set up with Facebook

Spotify couldn't recover my account because I set it up from Facebook, but the recovery links came to my e-mail address and the links don't work, they say they can't help me due to security and privacy policies, it's annoying.

Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting. 

Could you try opening the recovery link with a different browser and an incognito window?

If this doesn't work, please send us a screenshot showing the message you're seeing when you try to access. Make sure to remove any personal information from the image.
