My Spotify premium through my provider isn’t working

Hi there, I have free Spotify premium through my spark provider but I can’t seem to log into my account. The email addresses I used haven’t come back with my account that I was using. Please help

If you're having trouble finding your Spotify account, I suggest following these steps. Fingers crossed you'll find the correct log in details.

In case your subscription via Spark isn't working and you have only one Spotify account, you should contact Spark for more information about why your account isn't Premium yet.
