My Spotify won't let me have a profile name or picture.

My Question or Issue

 There is no option on my profile to add any of these. I'm just a gray silhouette with a basic username and it's really annoying. I can't get a new profile because I'm on student premium for the next 12 months. I've tried logging out and logging back in, but still nothing. PLEASE HELP
