My Subscription was downgraded to free

My Subscription was downgraded to free

I should have a subscription for 1 month until october 23, 2016. I payed my subscription through Globe for 129php. I have comfirmation that I should have but once I open my spotify it was informing me to downgrade because my premium was paused. I have screen captures of the message I receive from globe.
