My Username is not searchable on Spotify

Hello, I have a Spotify account(username: otkurrr) since April 2017, and till now my username cannot searchable on the Spotify search bar, only searchable with "spotify:user:otkurrr", I'm not connected to 'Facebook' or something, music streaming 'always active', I saw many people have same problem as me can somebody help?

I tried searching for your username and it works perfectly on my end, it might just have been a temporary issue. Can you let me know if you're still having this issue?

Hello, thanks for your feedback, I can say it's still not showing when I search my username on the search bar or somebody else search me. Did you directly search me by username "otkurrr" or like "Spotify:username:otkurrr"? Which one? Could you please take a screenshot and post here to let me see.

Thanks for your reply. I searched it using "spotify:username:otkurrr" as seen in the image below. Can you let me know if this also happens on another device? I'd recommend having a clean reinstall of the app just in case.
