My Visa Card is used by someone buying Spotify Premium

Hi, 

My Visa card has been used to buy Spotify premium for over 6 months but not by me! 

Now I don't know who to talk to to get my money back? 

I have lost over 1000 SEK. I have sent a message to Spotify but they have not replied and my bank says that I have to get in touch with them. What do I do?

Can you let us know the case number (#) you got when you got in touch? It will be in the automated confirmation email. 

Spotify will be able to lend a hand, however if someone has been using the account then refunds become tricky since someone has to pay for the licensing. In that case its an issue for the fraud department of your bank rather than Spotify once you get the subscription cancelled (which Spotify can obviously do).
