My account all of a sudden switched -- all playlists and saved music have disappeared

I logged into Spotify today and all of my playlists (at least the ones I've created in the last year or so) have disappeared. My account now shows some old songs that I may have listened to when I first starting using Spotify a year ago. I read somewhere that sometimes you can have two playlists under one account and that when you sigbn in with Facebook sometimes it can pull an old account. Does this sound familiar to anyone? What is the fix?

Could you let us know how you'd usually sign in? Also, could you let us know if it's just your playlists that have been affected, or 'Your Music' too?
