On Sunday I noticed that a device was added to my account and the tracks kept changing when listning to my music. The account was signed up through Facebook and have changed the password etc and deleted all devices but tonight I received a confirmation email stating my email address has been changed. I can still log into the account via Facebook and have managed to post here but can't change email back as it's logged in with Facebook. I am not happy as I have had premium, I have now cancelled it, would like this sorting asap.
All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
