My account country changes automatically

My Question or Issue

Hi everyone,

My spotify account changes my living country by itself... It changes my actual country (France) with Brazil, even if i have never been to brazil in my life !

I aldready changed my country on my account parameters, but the country still change automatically.

could you please tell us, if it's your account connected to your Facebook? Be also sure, that no one has the access to your Spotify and that you are not using VPN or any other service like that.

Change your password and log out from all devices. Here's how to do that:

1. Log in to your account page. 
2. Click SIGN OUT EVERYWHERE. 

Then try to change the country again. 

To change your settings for the country you’re in:

1. Log in to your account page. 
2. Click EDIT PROFILE. 
3. Scroll down to Country and select your new country from the dropdown list.
   Note: Your new country only shows when you’re actually there.
4. Click SAVE PROFILE.
