My account did not change to premium and got double charged

I clicked in facebook's publicity to get 3 months for $9.00 MXN), And I got double charged my credit card, and I can't find how to activate premium, help!!

I was wondering if your problem has been fixed. I had a friend use my card and my account was deducted 4 times with the Php 9.00 Promo but has not been upgraded to the premium. Would like to know how you were able to fix it. 😄

By any chance, are those charges showing up as processing/pending on your bank statement? If so, it's very likely that your funds have been put on hold and never went through. So they should be made available to you again soon.

I have the same problem. Please help!

I entered my cc information for the 3 month promo for only P9 and my credit card got deducted, but when I checked my spotify account, it still said free account.
