My account disappeared

My account disappeared

I had my Spotify account for a couple of months now and had a good amount of music on my playlist and just songs in general. I was off premium for a week or so and when I went to check for my songs today it borough me back to the login/sign up page and not straight to my account, and now when I enter my username and password it says wrong username or password.

You should ask for a password reset. Hopefully that'll let you back in.

I had the same issue yet when i went to reset my password it said my email was not associated with an active spotify account

Exactly what they're telling me. This is some bs payed premium for a couple of months and when I don't got the cash for it they delete my account ? Smh

It says my email/username doesn't even exist which makes no sesne

They took my payment out 2 days ago so i dont see why they've deleted mine. Not happy at all 😠

If that's the case, log out of the Spotify website in your browser and fill out this contact form. Someone from Spotify will be happy to help you out.

 

Make sure you are logged out of any Spotify account in your browser when using the contact form or the username and custom email field will not show up. It is important so that you can enter the information of the account you are having trouble with. If you are logged in with a different account that is not having the problem, that account info will be used and support will be confused.

 

You should get a reply within 24-48 hours. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the Community, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com
