My account goes in another country is not and can not use family premium

My account goes in another country is not and can not use family premium

My account goes like UK and really am from Costa Rica, I have Premium Family but because of this I can not add anyone because everyone has their accounts in Costa Rica and have been to change the form of payment and change the country there and add a form of payment from Costa Rica but even so after I give update data, the account can not I upgrade to Costa Rica without it will not be able to use Spotify Family. What can I do in this case? And to try canceling the suscipcion and putting it back!

Most of those problems come from a difference between the country shown by the IP address, and the one in your account overview.
 
First, check your IP address here.
After that, compare it to the country shown in your profile.
 
If you opened your account with Facebook, your country is tied to the country shown in your Facebook account, so you may need to change it there.
