My account got hacked and started a Spotify Premium for Family and added members

I recently noticed that my account has been hacked and upgraded to a Family subscription and had added 5 (NOT FRIENDS) to my account!

 

How can this has been done without my approval?

If you did not sign up for the subscription plan Spotify should look into it.

If you think that you're eligible for a refund, please get in touch with Spotify via the contact form or one of the social media channels. Their support team will be able to take a look at your issue and you'll hear from them shortly.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 48 hours.

Hi, I didn't have a family account before. So I just had a premium one.
Then I noticed that the monthly fee had increase and went in and check my
account. And then it was suddenly a family account with members I do not
know...
