My account got hacked

So my account got hacked and I realized it was connected to a mail that no longer exists (I have used facebook for years). So I followed the steps in the toturial for retrival, the one where the email has been changed. But when I am done I get this nice message that all information whill bee sent to the email I no longer have.... What can I do now? The tools I have been given don't work and I cant get in contact with spotify?

When you fill out the contact form for Spotify, please mention your own email address(instead of the one from hacked account) so we can send the email to that address.

After contacting Spotify, if you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and the support team will be able to help you out.
