My Question or Issue

My account seems to be hijacked by someone who has either deleted my account or changed the e-mail adress of my account. I have tried to restore my password for the user name "bike98" numerous times but the e-mail never arrives. When trying to restore my password via my e-mail adress "*snip*" it says the e-mail adress is not linked to any account.
I created this new account to be able to report this.

On April 3rd, 2019 I received an e-mail from no-reply@spotify.com reading

 

"Hi
To Protect your Spotify account we've reset your password due to detected suspicious activity.

You need to create a new password to log back in. Just clock the big green button.
If the button doesn't work, please click here to reset your password manually.

The Spotify Team"

 

After that I have not been able to log into my accounts anymore or restore my password.

Please help - I do not want to lose all of my amazing playlists and start all over again.
