My Question or Issue

 As i am listening music someone else with user name PS4 something loggin in and i stop hear what i hear and i hear his music. This is unexpectable the emotion to be hacked and loosing your time while you are listening your music to hear someone else music. I pay 7 euros per month and i demand my privacy and my entertainment to be as must be. If this cannot be accepted i would like to have my money back as soon as possible. Finally i would like to note that your way to communicate with customers is so user unfriendly and unprofessional. It is unexceptable not having emaol communication or telephone center. I am not happy at all with the above problem and the assistance.

I would suggest contacting Spotify directly, try support@spotify.com to directly email them. If you want to get an instant solution, try resetting your password and going to your account overview here and signing out of all other devices that way no one has access to your account.
